How Haz-Safe Buildings' Modules Stack Up

Crane cables are to be removed from rooftop lifting lugs of middle module. (4) patented 1"dia. nuts on 1"dia. threaded rods within under-the-sump floor bolt-up tubes will pull modules together and exceed blast requirements. Temporary wood and steel stud shipping wall materials have been removed from both long walls of middle module. Third end module is being lifted by crane toward mid module. Each module has its own 6" deep sump within floor.

Taped on cardboard covers temporarily protect louvers at top of ducts which lead inside to low level air intake vents. Inside,the air is ducted into the sump floor.

While third module is being lifted closer to second module, worker, at joint between first and second module, is bolting roof lugs together. Worker on knees is cranking 1" dia. nut on end of 1" dia. bolt-up threaded rod while another worker is adjusting single magnetic release on opened bottom hinged patented explosion relief panel. 8' wide x 9' high x 5' deep patented blast shaft being lifted into place over (2) 8' wide x 4' high relief panels.
Blast shafts installed on end of modules allow Haz-Safe Building to be placed close to user facility. Shaft has open top and bottom, allowing rain and snow to pass through. Relief fills bottom opening and blast is harmlessly forced upward. Assembled 31' wide x 51' long triple module Haz-Safe Building has (2) joint roof caps. Module on left has rooftop air intake vent that leads to a ceiling-to-floor duct. Mid and module on right have half and full size intake vents and also vent to floor level.
